Rotherham United goalkeeper Viktor Johansson has claimed his second successive Player of the Season gong after another outstanding season between the sticks during the 2023/24 campaign.
The Swede – who is a firm favourite with supporters, players and staff at alike – has once again been a shining light for the Millers throughout their Sky Bet Championship campaign and has been rewarded with the Player of the Season Award, which is sponsored by The Fire House Group.
Johansson’s form has been recognised internationally too, where he has been a regular in the senior Sweden National Team squad, earning his first cap for his country in a 3-1 friendly success over Moldova.
He has made 46 appearances across all competitions through the duration of the campaign, with his consistent displays throughout his time at AESSEAL New York Stadium have earned him recognition as one of the outstanding goalkeepers in the Sky Bet Championship.
